Sofia Konosidou is an integral member of the Conferences & Events team, playing a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of the conferences managed by the organization. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of operational tasks, where she ensures the smooth coordination of key conference elements. This includes overseeing the communication and coordination with guest speakers, managing the preparation and review of event materials before production, and liaising with external vendors such as audiovisual providers, printing companies, and media services to ensure all logistical needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Ms. Konosidou is also responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of Conference Management platforms, Abstracts Management platforms, and other digital tools, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and are optimized for the needs of the conference.
