Elena Tanou

Elena Tanou is a highly respected and influential business leader with over thirty years of experience in building and expanding international travel and tourism. Ms. Tanou serves as Vice President of the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, President of the Nicosia Tourism Board, Vice President of the Cyprus Integrity Forum, and board member of World Vision. She is the former President of the Cyprus Federation of Business and Professional Women, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council, School of Business of the University of Cyprus, the University of Nicosia and the European University. Currently she is on the Board of the Committee of Innovation (Start Ups) & Entrepreneurship at the University of Cyprus.

Ms. Tanou serves as the European Ambassador for Women Entrepreneurs and was the Chairperson of the Rotary District Conference in Cyprus in 2016. She currently holds the role of Deputy District Governor for Rotary District 2452 for the 2017-18 term. Ms. Tanou is actively involved in the conferences organized by the Top Kinisis Conferences and Events department providing worldwide on-site support through her extensive international experience and network.
